The staff was amazingly attentive. The room with 2 queen beds and a separate living area was great. The bed was extremely comfy. I appreciated having coffee/tea makers and a fridge. The hotel's location was unbeatable and excellent, near everything I wanted to enjoy.

It was comfortable. I was hoping the sofa/bed would have been larger but it sufficed.

The cleaning staff could not speak english. They work here and should at least be able to communicate with the visitors. Are they at least legal to be in the United States?

Nothing. I had a bad experience. We thougt we were getting two beds, but got only one. I slept on the floor the first night. I was able to switch the room the next day, but decided to leave early. I was still charged for the second day. I could've stayed in my car, and saved the almost $300 I was charged.

Convenient pull-out couch bed in the room. The location here is nice and quiet, plus you're close to other restaurants, Six Flags, and the Texas Rangers baseball field nearby. 🌟

Our room had central heating, a TV, and a fridge, the service was outstanding and the location was convenient and cozy, even though it's in an industrial area.

Very well located aroud several entertainment venues.

Convenient location near the stadium! The free shuttle was a great perk. We grabbed a quick bite at Subway, which was right around the corner. a nice spot for a work trip. 🚌

Our stay was made fantastic & enjoyable by the staff at the hotel. We would love to say a big thank you to Kurt, Stacey & Derek for their " nothing is too much trouble" attitude. They and the other staff were amazingly helpful and made our stay better than we could have expected. We would stay here again anytime!!

The room here was top-notch - super clean and looked brand new! 🌟 Also, the location was spot on, so convenient and super close to the stadium and lots of restaurants. Great spot!

It was wonderful! The only problem was the elevator was painfully slow.

The hotel is fairly clean with newly remodeled rooms. The staff is highly courteous. The location is excellent for visiting Arlington, being near attractions like Cowboy's stadium, the Texas Rangers baseball field, and Six Flags.

Loved the room and the design of the hotel.. The pool was great and I gotta have my starbucks (:

The food was to expensive and not good at all

The room was impeccably clean and huge, with a private bathroom and coffee/tea making machines, and a fridge. The location was great, near many nice Crowne Plaza hotels and the Texas Rangers baseball field.

I liked the bar and grill best. The bed was comfortable.

The clientele was tacky...people wearing pajamas in the lobby and bar and grill and showing general lack of class. The couch in the suite had two ugly stains on it. The tub was not immaculate. I was offended by the sign on the bathroom counter listing the prices of the coffee maker and such.
